Priestley’s Gourmet Holdings operate in Australia and New Zealand under the brands of Priestley’s Gourmet Delights and Melba Elite Foods. Products are manufactured in purpose-built plants in Morningside, Australia and Tauranga and Blenheim in New Zealand. We produce a range of delicious treats including gourmet cakes, cheesecakes, slices, muffins, loaves, individual desserts, cookies, biscuits, lamingtons and pavlovas. All supplied frozen for the domestic and international markets.
The Company is committed to world-class food safety standards with HACCP and FSSC22000 certification.
Priestley’s Gourmet Holdings currently distributes its products throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the South Pacific.
Our primary focus is to produce sweet treats tailored to the foodservice market, developed using premium ingredients and uncompromising presentation. Our products are pre-portioned allowing ease of handling. The majority of our products are frozen for convenience with a primary shelf-life of 12 months (from date of manufacture) and a secondary shelf-life of 5 days. We work together with key accounts to develop products specifically suited to their menus and manufactured under contract. Our team looks forward to working with yours.
